Business Banking Banca Sales Support

Job Responsibilities

• Promote Bancassurance products across Business Banking departments and branches by overseeing various training initiatives, marketing campaigns, and other related activities.
• Support Business Banking units in reaching Bancassurance financial targets by analyzing business performance and data.
• Organize internal training sessions for Business Centre Managers, Team Leaders, and Relationship Managers within the Business Banking division.
• Participate in joint visits with the sales team and Business Centers.
• Address post-sales issues and respond to inquiries promptly to reduce customer complaints associated with Banca Business.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the insurance, finance, banking, or sales sectors.
• Experience with Business Loans is considered a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• A team-oriented, self-driven professional who can also work independently.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Quick to respond and capable of generating innovative ideas.
