Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Recognize and pursue new business opportunities by onboarding NEW-TO-BANK SME clients (covering both lending and deposit services) through a diverse range of products aimed at expanding the Bank's Business banking sector.
• This hybrid position allows the Relationship Manager to take on both proactive (hunter) and nurturing (farmer) roles.
• Focus on acquiring high-quality loan and deposit customers while consistently cross-selling the Bank's suite of products and services to meet client needs and fulfill the Bank's financial goals.
• Design effective financing solutions for clients, carrying out pre-sanction assessments with applicants, identifying key credit issues, and managing accounts post-approval.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the Bank's operations.
• Work closely with product specialists to enhance the use of banking services, including but not limited to Trade, Forex, and Cash Management Solutions.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
• Self-driven and dedicated, with a strong ambition to meet goals and objectives.
• Skilled in persuading and influencing customers.
• Personable, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
