IT Support (English & Chinese Speaker)

• Deliver on-site assistance to office personnel regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
• Handle a mix of onboarding and offboarding tasks including computer setup, recycling, and formatting. Responsible for operating system installation, as well as desktop and laptop support.
• Support the IT Support Specialist with the maintenance of IT asset inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• To qualify for this position, you must possess: 
• Basic proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Fundamental knowledge of LAN and WAN networking configurations.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Experience in operating system setup.
• Proficient in Office 365.
