About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

• Create highly efficient and scalable ETL processes using big data technologies
• Deploy code into production and ensure the stability of the production environment
• Utilize large-scale cloud infrastructure to develop high-throughput services
• Design and implement code using SQL/Python
• Possess a strong understanding of and implementation experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, etc.
• Exhibit presentation skills with a high level of comfort addressing both large and small audiences
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills alongside technical expertise
• Ensure timely project delivery that meets stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with Azure services and experience working on Azure data projects
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services: ADF, ADB, Azure SQL server
• Experience in Azure Databricks orchestration using any language (such as R, Scala, Python, SQL)
• Proficient in developing Azure Data Factory pipelines
• Knowledge or experience with Azure Synapse Analytics
• Experience with object-oriented or functional scripting languages: Python
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of orchestrating workloads in the cloud
• Experience with legacy database migration
