Regional SCM Analyst

In the capacity of Regional SCM Analyst, you will provide essential support to supply chain management teams across various regional subsidiaries. This position entails monitoring and reporting on critical internal SCM KPIs, identifying operational challenges, and playing a pivotal role in risk assessments and process enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate routine reports for management that cover SCM KPIs, operational challenges (such as supply shortages, aging inventory, and low forecast accuracy), as well as updates on the status of ongoing SCM projects
• Analyze system data to uncover operational issues related to sales forecasting and inventory management, collaborating closely with local teams to establish and implement improvement strategies
• Work in partnership with headquarters and regional subsidiaries on SCM-related projects, which may include system integrations, internal process optimization, and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer collaboration
• Engage in cross-functional innovation projects that focus on improving supply chain or business processes in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as the regional SCM trainer by creating training materials and leading workshops to bolster the capabilities of subsidiaries in SCM processes and systems

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in supply chain management or a closely related field
• Experience in SCM consulting or the implementation of SCM solutions is highly advantageous
• Expertise in data analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with database systems or planning tools
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities; adept at collaborating effectively across various functions including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics
• Confident in presenting insights and strategies to management with clarity
