Project Manager (eLearning/ LMS exp strictly required | training provided for PM)

• Eligibility Criteria: Open exclusively to Singaporean candidates (G50 CAT2 clearance mandatory)
• Work Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
• Type of Employment: 1-year contractual position with potential for renewal
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with background in learning, education, training, eLearning, or related disciplines to assist in the execution of learning content development projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to oversee project activities, schedules, deliverables, and quality assurance. Previous project management experience is not a requirement, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of learning content projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and facilitate project activities.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Oversee project scope, identify risks and issues, implement changes, and follow up on pending actions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and status reports.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure learning content aligns with client specifications and learning objectives.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management teams.
• Participate in post-project reviews and support additional learning initiatives as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Training, Project Management, Business, or related fields.
• Practical experience in learning, education, training, eLearning, or content development is essential.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
• Formal project management certification is not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Effective collaboration skills with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall methodologies, or project management software is a plus.
• Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications is advantageous.
