Client Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for trade clients, overseeing daily service requests and transactional requirements.
• Regularly collaborate with Operations and Processing teams to guarantee prompt execution of trade transactions and address client concerns.
• Create and maintain client reports utilizing Excel, ensuring precision and timely distribution to clients.
• Assist Relationship Managers in overseeing client portfolios, enhancing engagement, and delivering outstanding service.
• Address sensitive client issues with confidentiality, ensuring adherence to the company's internal policies and external regulations.
• Facilitate coordination among various teams to provide clients with a cohesive experience across trade and banking offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in client service within banking, trade finance, or similar sectors.
• In-depth understanding of trade products and processes, including letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collections, and supply chain finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with the capability to create, analyze, and disseminate client reports.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Client-centric approach, demonstrating resilience in high-pressure situations and meticulous attention to detail.
