HR Admin

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee HR systems and maintain the integrity of data
• Create RNF reports, dashboards, and analyses utilizing Excel
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance processes
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulations
• Deliver ad hoc HR assistance as needed

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with HR systems and analytics is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities
