Role Title: Product Designer

Experience: 4-8 years

Contract Duration: 12 months & extendable (Extension is subject to project requirements.)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) role.

Role Overview

Be part of the digital channel design team creating engaging experiences across our mobile app and web ecosystem. You will help shape core end-to-end journeys spanning multiple products and markets, including onboarding, home, navigation, servicing, accessibility, and conversational as well as AI-led experiences. In addition, you will design customer experiences that make banking safety clear and intuitive—covering authentication, security controls, scam prevention, fraud interventions and recovery—so protection is thoughtful, understandable, and embedded into the overall experience.

You will collaborate closely with product, business, technology and research teams to translate ambiguity into useful, well-designed experiences that can scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for key journeys, starting with opportunity framing and discovery through to shipped outcomes and post-launch iteration.
• Apply customer insights, competitive analysis and data to define clear product bets, experience principles and design decisions that deliver measurable customer and business results.
• Create designs across multiple fidelities—from sketches to prototypes—to help teams make decisions quickly and ship with confidence; reduce risk early through prototypes and experiments.
• Support and evolve the design system, maintaining consistency across channels while meeting accessibility and regulatory requirements.
• Promote high UX quality within the team and link design work to commercial impact.
• Partner with research to plan, conduct and synthesise studies, bringing the voice of the customer into everyday decisions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work demonstrating improved customer outcomes and key metrics.
• Systems thinking: ability to map complex journeys, establish mental models and design patterns that scale across products and markets.
• Strong product thinking and visual craft: ability to frame problems, explore options and deliver clear, well-crafted solutions aligned to strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders and designers; capable of articulating the “why” and influencing beyond your immediate team.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and constraints: structure complex problems, make trade-offs explicit, and follow through after launch.
• Interest in industry and design trends, including AI-assisted workflows, rapid prototyping and design-to-code practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or another complex, regulated industry.
• Experience designing security, fraud, or scam-prevention solutions.
• Active involvement in the UX community.
