Portfolio Product Manager

Position Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and strategic Portfolio Product Manager to implement cost-effective strategies, foster cross-departmental collaboration, monitor performance metrics, and maintain uniformity in project execution. Core Responsibilities

Develops Cost-Effective Strategies

• Create and oversee cost-effective initiatives within the portfolio.
• Partner with Product Line Managers (PLMs) and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
• Guarantee that targets are met and projects are executed on schedule.

Manages Reporting and Alignment

• Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on project performance and budget use.
• Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for critical initiatives.
• Ensure that all projects align with overall business objectives and strategic goals.

Enhances Communication and Risk Management

• Serve as the main point of contact between teams and leadership, ensuring effective communication.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks throughout the project duration.
• Formulate and implement mitigation strategies to proactively address potential challenges.

Maintains Project Consistency

• Implement portfolio-wide project management best practices to achieve consistently high-quality results.
• Assist in reporting and updates for senior stakeholders, promoting transparency across all organizational levels.
• Offer guidance and support to teams regarding operational execution and strategic alignment.
