Platform engineer (Scrum Master)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master with 12 to 15 years of professional experience.
• Preferred experience in the Private Banking sector, specifically managing Digital Channel initiatives (such as RM Portals, Client Portals, and Client Relationship Management).
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth comprehension of Private Banking operations and systems.
• Experience in implementing digital channel solutions like RM Portals, Client Portals, and CRM systems.
• Agile Expertise: Possession of a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Demonstrated success in applying Agile methodologies within large and intricate projects.
• Technical Acumen: Knowledge of digital banking technologies, APIs, and various integration techniques.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their relevance in digital channels.
• Leadership Skills: Proficient in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
• Capable of inspiring and motivating teams to meet project objectives.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making proficiency.
