Network Engineer - 01

We are seeking an onsite engineer to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Address connectivity issues related to network appliances and resolve problems within the office environment.

- Work in collaboration with partners and service vendors to maintain the functionality of proxies, firewalls, and network appliances.

- Oversee the configuration and upkeep of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Proxy/Web Isolation, Load-Balancers, and Security Patches for various equipment.

- Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and create tickets when networking equipment encounters problems.

- Develop, maintain, and revise documentation pertaining to configuration, processes, and service records.

- Monitor security protocols to safeguard computer systems, networks, and sensitive information.

- Deliver customer support to address complex technical problems related to information security.

- Analyze and recommend information security solutions to customer challenges by leveraging an understanding of product/system test outcomes.

Key Requirements

- L2: 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure Setup and Operations, including at least 3 to 5 full delivery cycle implementations of relevant projects.

- Availability to work during late hours, weekends, and public holidays.

- Proficient in routing, switching, firewalls, proxy/web isolation, and data center operations.

- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team and utilize tools such as Visio and Wireshark.
