Position Summary We are seeking an in-house Legal Counsel (Augmentation Consultant) for a 6-month contract based in Singapore. Candidates must be ready for immediate onboarding.

Core Responsibilities

• Contracts: Prepare, examine, and negotiate commercial, technological, procurement, and licensing agreements.
• Advisory: Offer practical counsel on contract law, intellectual property, cybersecurity, data protection, and corporate governance matters.
• Process & Support: Oversee contract lifecycles and templates, working closely with internal technology, risk, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Education & Bar: A law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a multinational corporation's in-house legal team or a respected commercial law firm.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a tech-savvy approach, and a strong background in commercial and regulatory law.
• Preferred: A second degree in IT or experience in the digital/IT sector.
