Job Description Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements for banking and finance-related projects. - Facilitate requirement collection sessions, workshops, and discussions with business users and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding. - Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and other relevant documentation. - Review existing business processes and systems to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process enhancement. - Partner closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, System Analysts, and other technology teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution. - Contribute to functional and solution design discussions by providing insights from a business and process perspective. - Assist with data analysis, data mapping, and reconciliation activities, especially for finance-focused processes. - Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing and reviewing test scenarios, test cases, tracking defects, and following up on issues. - Maintain requirements traceability to verify that business needs are accurately reflected and implemented in the final solutions. Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Between 2 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role. - Prior experience within the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
