Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee model data management to ensure effective coordination among various disciplines, SWC, and subcontractors.
• Engage in collaboration and communication across different disciplines, SWC, and subcontractors to deliver and manage BIM data effectively.
• Gather, integrate, and audit BIM data in accordance with the established BIM requirements, design codes, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits of models and BIM data to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Diagnose and resolve BIM-related issues during project execution.
• Facilitate model data management to promote coordination between multiple disciplines and subcontractors.
• Act as an auditing representative for our clients during project BIM meetings and take the lead in those discussions.
• Chair the CCSM Meetings.
• Direct the creation of CSSM/SEM models and drawings.
• Work collaboratively with various disciplines and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery and management of BIM data.
• Audit and present project metrics associated with the BIM model and data as specified by the client's team.
• Prepare progress and status reports for BIM initiatives.
• Identify and discuss clashes and discrepancies during meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Thorough understanding of all service areas.
• Ability to monitor project progress and address any arising issues.
• Strong team collaboration skills paired with effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent documentation skills are essential.
• Familiarity with the Building & Construction regulations of Singapore.
• Experience with Substation/SP/LTA projects will be considered a significant advantage.
• Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD is a requirement.
• Industry-recognized BIM Certification (such as Revit Professional or BCA BIM courses) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Navisworks or other design review and markup tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• A comprehensive knowledge of BIM is a MUST.
