Business Analyst - Modern ERP

This position offers a dual focus, dedicating 50% of your efforts to supporting the Delivery Manager by managing Azure DevOps (ADO), and the remaining 50% to engaging in BPMN modeling tasks within SAP Signavio.

Your role will involve participating in night calls at least once a week for collaborative standup meetings and general updates with teams from the Pacific and Atlantic regions. You will be required to work in the office four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Support (50%)
• Oversee Azure DevOps (ADO): manage work item entries and ensure adherence to our established settings and standards for optimal dashboard functionality.
• Create and maintain ADO dashboards to enhance delivery visibility.
• Develop reusable ADO query templates for the broader team.
• Generate reports and provide ad hoc support to the Delivery Manager as needed.
• Business Process Modelling (50%)
• Gather process insights from stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and vendors, asking insightful questions to identify how processes function, including exceptions and transitions.
• Transform business processes into clear BPMN models that comply with established standards.
• Verify sequence logic with process owners, ensuring accuracy in flow order, gateways, decision points, roles, and handoffs.
• Assist the GPO core team in analyzing and coordinating each program milestone.
• Conduct data cleaning and reconciliations utilizing tools such as Power Query, Power BI, and Excel.
• Draft business documentation including process documentation, analytical outputs, and supplementary materials.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management, queries, and dashboards. This is a top priority.
• Strong understanding of BPMN modeling standards and process documentation practices.
• Practical experience with data cleaning and reconciliation using Power Query, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills: capable of structuring problems, analyzing data, and presenting clear insights.
• Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and vendors (SAP, Client, other contractors).
