BIM Modeler (M&E)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop M&E BIM models, layouts, schematics, and technical drawings in alignment with project specifications and BIM guidelines.
• Create precise 2D and 3D drawings based on contract documents, specifications, and design data.
• Build and maintain Autodesk Revit models, including the development and alteration of BIM families and project elements.
• Examine design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist project teams by delivering BIM outputs and technical documentation throughout various phases of the project.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to address design and spatial coordination challenges.
• Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model evaluations to enhance constructability and project efficiency.
• Update BIM models and drawings according to design changes and project needs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, BIM, or a related field.
• Experience in BIM modeling utilizing Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Internship experience may be considered for entry-level positions.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and construction drawings is advantageous.
• Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, or simulation using tools like Navisworks, Revizto, Fuzor, VRcollab, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• High attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach to solving problems.
