Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Full Stack Developer to become a vital part of our engineering team. In this position, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining applications across mobile platforms, web interfaces, backend APIs, enterprise system integrations, and relational databases.

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, allowing you to investigate and resolve challenges at every level of the software stack. You will also utilize advanced AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency, improve code quality, and deliver dependable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile & Web Development: Create, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter / Dart and responsive web applications with ReactJS.
• Backend Services & APIs: Design, develop, and sustain high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs utilizing .NET / C#.
• Database & Integrations: Construct complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers on Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle; establish and uphold robust enterprise system and API integrations.
• Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive root-cause analysis and debugging across frontend, backend, integration, and database layers.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Produce maintainable, reusable, clean, and testable code while actively engaging in peer code reviews, testing, and technical architectural discussions.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Employ GitHub Copilot or similar AI-supported development tools to enhance coding, refactoring, and debugging processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Mobile Development: Flutter / Dart
• Web Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
• Backend Engineering: .NET / C# (Core / Framework), RESTful API Development & Integration
• Databases: Relational Databases, complex SQL querying (Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• AI Tooling & Source Control: Git / Git-based workflows and GitHub Copilot (or similar AI coding tools)
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot intricate issues across the entire application stack.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• DevOps & Cloud: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated build and deployment processes.
• Enterprise Features: Familiarity with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) patterns, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect authentication/authorization standards.
• Dual Database Experience: Practical experience working in both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
