Software Engineer Senior Consultant – AI

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer / AI Engineer with extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and software development to create, implement, and launch production-ready intelligent systems.

This position entails the development of AI products and applications, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, guiding them from initial proof of concept to full production deployment and ongoing refinement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, create, and implement AI, Machine Learning, analytics, and Generative/Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop and integrate AI agents, AI capabilities, harnesses, MCP integrations, and web applications.
• Create scalable components for frontend, backend, cloud, database, and data architecture.
• Develop reusable engineering solutions emphasizing automation, testing, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders within Agile teams.
• Define and evaluate non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Assess and implement appropriate database and data solutions that align with enterprise and compliance standards.
• Support product roadmaps, releases, performance testing, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and consistently work to improve the performance and reliability of AI applications.

Essential Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Practical experience in developing and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, AI agents, LLMs, AI frameworks, open-source AI libraries, or AI tools.
• Strong software development background in Python and/or other contemporary programming languages.
• Solid understanding of web application development, APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and Agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to transition solutions from proof of concept to production deployment and continuous optimization.
