### **Job Overview**

We seek a skilled **JML Business Analyst** to enhance, automate, and transform our **Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML)** lifecycle processes. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary connector between HR, IT, Information Security, IAM, and other business units. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the complete employee lifecycle workflows—from initial onboarding and role changes to offboarding and access revocation—designing solutions that are efficient, automated, and compliant.

### **Primary Responsibilities**

* **Process Mapping & Analysis:** Assess and document current-state JML workflows across HR, IT, and relevant application systems. Identify manual obstacles, compliance issues, and areas for process automation and birthright access provisioning.

* **Requirements Gathering:** Lead workshops with stakeholders from HR, IT Service Desk, Cyber Security, Payroll, and business units to collect functional and non-functional requirements.

* **Documentation & Artifacts Creation:** Develop detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRDs), process flow diagrams (BPMN/UML), and user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.

* **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):** Work alongside IAM and Security teams to establish, standardize, and maintain RBAC frameworks and entitlement matrices for automated Joiner/Mover workflows.

* **Integration Support for Solutions:** Collaborate with technical leads and developers to facilitate automated integrations between core HR systems (such as Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors) and IAM/IT directory services (including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow).

* **Quality Assurance & Testing:** Design UAT test plans and user scenarios, coordinate UAT execution with HR and business teams, track defects, and oversee sign-off before production rollouts.

* **Change Management & Training Development:** Create training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to promote the seamless adoption of updated JML workflows across business units.

### **Essential Qualifications & Experience**

* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* **Experience:** 3–6+ years of experience in Business Analysis within enterprise IT, with at least 2+ years dedicated to **JML, HR processes, or Identity and Access Management (IAM)** initiatives.

* **Expertise in JML:** Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, access provisioning/deprovisioning, birthright access, and role-based access control (RBAC).

* **Familiarity with Systems:**

* **HRMS / HCM:** Experience with Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.

* **IAM / Directory Services:** Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Okta, Ping, or SailPoint.

* **ITSM & Workflow Tools:** Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.

* **Process Diagramming Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS, utilizing BPMN standards.

* **Agile Methodology Experience:** Experience in writing user stories and functioning within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

### **Key Soft Skills & Competencies**

* **Stakeholder Management:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between non-technical HR teams and technical IT/IAM developers.

* **Analytical Acumen:** Strong problem-solving capabilities to dissect complex workflow dependencies and recognize edge cases (such as contractor versus full-time transitions, multi-role movers).

* **Detail-Oriented:** Intense focus on security compliance, audit trails, and enforcement of data privacy standards (including GDPR, SOC2).
