Specialist - AI Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Development
• Craft, construct, and implement AI/ML models and applications to address intricate business issues.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with current systems to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making processes.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept (POC) models to validate the feasibility of AI solutions.
• Business Process Transformation
• Engage with business stakeholders to pinpoint processes that can benefit from AI automation and transformation.
• Develop intelligent workflows leveraging AI technologies such as RAG, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Assess and apply generative AI solutions to improve customer engagement, content creation, and task automation.
• Data Management and Analysis
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to guarantee the availability of clean, structured, and relevant datasets for AI modeling.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to derive insights and identify patterns that inform AI projects.
• Enhance and maintain data pipelines and real-time analytics systems for AI-driven applications.
• Technical Expertise
• Deploy AI frameworks, APIs, and platforms to expedite the development of AI solutions.
• Optimize and launch AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in AI and propose their implementation within the organization.
• Collaboration and Leadership
• Collaborate across functions with data scientists, software developers, product managers, and business analysts.
• Educate and train teams on AI tools, methodologies, and their advantages.
• Facilitate AI workshops and innovation sessions to promote a culture of AI-driven transformation.
• Compliance and Governance
• Ensure that AI systems comply with ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
• Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and address potential biases or inaccuracies.

Required Skills:

• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience or certifications in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI) are advantageous.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of Generative AI (Open AI, Llama, Mistral), Vector database embedding, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Nest.JS.
• Experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangFuse, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Capability to understand and engage with both technical and business concepts.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new ideas and concepts rapidly.
• Exceptional analytical skills spanning both business and technical domains.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members at all levels.
• Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
• Professional attitude towards responsibilities and work management.
• Self-driven, capable of working independently, remotely, and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

• Competitive Salary (RM5,000 – RM9,000).
