Executive - Inside Sales Representative (English)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and understand customer requirements and align them with the client’s product offerings.
• Engage in product sales to customers through incoming channels such as calls and emails, and ensure follow-up.
• Effectively articulate recommended product solutions, including up-selling and cross-selling in both telephonic and email interactions.
• Engage with customers in a professional manner to inform them about ongoing promotions, product upgrades, and new product introductions.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring precise forecasting and closure of sales revenue.
• Consistently update and manage the Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity in the CRM.
• Proactively follow up with customers to encourage additional sales and address sales inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through both verbal and written communications.
• Adhere strictly to the sales process, pipeline management, ethical guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Meet and exceed Sales Quota across various product lines.

Required Skills:

• At least 1 (one) year of experience in inbound, inside, or tele sales, or sales through e-commerce platforms.
• A strong ambition to achieve and surpass sales performance targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy; capable of handling multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and dedication to excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with commercial acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and negotiation prowess.
