Specialist - Reporting DT Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with various business units, including sales, delivery, and finance, to gain a comprehensive understanding of their processes, rules, and strategies. Analyze relevant data to deliver actionable business insights, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Interact with stakeholders across different business departments to provide expert support, thoroughly examining data and BI reporting requirements, and independently crafting solution design documents.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that business needs are effectively converted into technical solutions for data modeling and BI reporting, maintaining open lines of communication with IT personnel.
• Contribute to project planning and execution, fostering collaboration with all project stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of project outputs to verify that the deliverables align with business needs from both business and technical perspectives.
• Participate in feedback analysis and support for delivered data models and BI reports, striving for continuous enhancement of the business value derived from these data assets and addressing daily inquiries from the business side.
• Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance the company's data application and analysis capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• A minimum of 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years focused on BI analysis and data analysis.
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with business requirements analysis methodologies and tools, along with an excellent understanding of business processes.
• Knowledgeable in sales, delivery, finance, and project management principles.
• Proficient in business requirements analysis methods and tools, with an understanding of data warehouse architecture and ETL processes, and expertise in at least one mainstream database capable of managing and analyzing large, complex datasets, including SQL proficiency for data analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across different workstreams.
