Specialist - SAP consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in Lenovo's Digital Transformation initiatives and assist with change management and solution implementation for global service supply chain projects.
• Collaborate with the business team and IT implementation team to propel the digitalization process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create service-related processes and IT system solutions, and execute service solutions including project initiation, blueprint development, testing assistance, training, and go-live support.
• Conduct business team surveys and continuously enhance solutions.
• Address urgent business issues promptly while fostering strong relationships with users.
• Provide daily work reports to the Digital Transformation team.

Required Skills:

• Outstanding communication abilities, adept at collaboration and facilitation, with experience in a cross-team working environment.
• A background in digitalization and IT is advantageous.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Chinese.
• Expertise in SAP SD/GL module, with familiarity in standard SD or warehouse operational processes and functionalities, along with over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally including international projects or company experience.
• Experience in communication and presentation (both oral and written) with the capability to effectively convey ideas and results to local, regional, and global audiences.
• Proactive attitude, eager to take responsibility for addressing user and team challenges.
• Knowledge and experience in post-sales service business will be considered a valuable asset.
