Specialist - SVC and Solution DT Procurement consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with Service Procurement users to gather, thoroughly investigate, and clarify their needs.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the project, including business owners, IT teams, and project managers, to align on project scope and delivery timelines, while managing and meeting diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with the IT team to architect an appropriate solution, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assume the role of project manager to oversee risk management, create schedules, and lead requirement clarification, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful project launch and overall business satisfaction.
• Conduct issue analysis and provide guidance to the IT team for solution design and problem resolution.

Required Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields of Information Management.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirement analysis, product ownership, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Extensive experience in SAP Service Procurement, requirement analysis, and project management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• A solid sense of teamwork along with quick troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and take ownership of tasks.
