We are in search of a skilled web developer to enhance our team of creators and strategists. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of React and NodeJs along with its ecosystem, demonstrating a solid history of developing high-performance, scalable web applications and managing the deployment of complex web solutions. Your main responsibilities will include spearheading the design and implementation of intricate UI interfaces, mentoring junior web developers, pioneering advancements in modern web technologies, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Core Responsibilities

• Architect and implement web systems that utilize contemporary web technologies and methodologies for optimal scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Develop responsive and adaptive designs to guarantee a consistent user experience across different devices and browsers.
• Maintain code quality, sustainability, and maintainability through comprehensive code reviews and the application of best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement, and deploy new features and applications.
• Optimize applications to achieve maximum performance and scalability, resolving any scalability and reliability challenges in client-side architecture.
• Guide junior developers by sharing knowledge and encouraging best practices to enhance team skill sets and collaboration.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks in web development, assessing and integrating them as necessary to meet our objectives.
• Lead the efforts in troubleshooting and debugging, ensuring the resilience and stability of all web applications.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience working as a software engineer.
• Documented success in developing functional web applications or overseeing web application projects.
• High proficiency in JavaScript, with additional experience in Typescript being a plus.
• In-depth understanding of UI libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, etc., along with state management libraries and their fundamental principles and lifecycle.
• Robust understanding of building NodeJs applications with experience in API integration and third-party libraries.
• Strong familiarity with modern frontend CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
• Experience and understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
