About the Position
Reporting Structure: Dotted-line reporting to the Business Unit HRBP Senior Manager located in Shenzhen
Our client operates sensor product teams across Singapore, the UK, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. They are seeking an HR Business Partner to support their Sensor MEMS and ASIC divisions, based in Singapore.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend strategic priorities and translate them into comprehensive HR solutions encompassing organizational design, talent development, performance management, and compensation strategies.
Oversee quarterly reviews of headcount and organizational structure, including tracking recruitment progress.
Manage the annual evaluation of talent development pathways, job grading systems, and promotion procedures.
Conduct training needs assessments and implement annual training programs, both general and specialized.
Coordinate quarterly performance goal-setting sessions and review cycles.
Lead the annual salary review process, including adjustments, year-end bonus allocations, and the development of targeted incentive schemes.
Foster strong employee relationships through structured one-on-one engagements across the entire employee lifecycle—covering onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits—and actively engage with core talent pools.
Promote and embody the company's strategic vision and cultural values within the business unit.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.
Approximately 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting R&D teams; experience within semiconductor R&D HR is advantageous.
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen ability to learn and adapt.
