Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business executives on financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly business review reports, comparing actual performance against forecasts.
• Examine variances from budget and forecast, delivering essential financial insights.
• Guide the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities, assessing submissions from different business units.
• Create comprehensive financial analyses, models, dashboards, and reports for executive management.
• Improve and optimize financial reporting processes to facilitate organizational change.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and business collaboration.
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CA.
• Experience with SAP, BW (Business Warehouse), business intelligence platforms, or budgeting software (e.g., BPC).
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools for reporting automation.
