Devops Engineer

About the Role

Design, build, and maintain a shared cloud platform on Azure or AWS that enables application teams to deliver software in a secure and dependable way. You will treat the platform like a product—gather feedback from developers, enhance self-service experiences, and influence the product roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Manage Azure or AWS services and a Kubernetes environment (AKS or EKS), including monitoring, defining and operating SLOs, and handling incident response
• Automate infrastructure using IaC and develop reusable CI/CD pipeline templates that include security validations (SAST, SCA)
• Operate secrets management and artifact repository platforms
• Apply AI to automate operational tasks and provide secure AI capabilities (LLM access, MCP servers) to application teams
• Onboard application teams and ensure documentation and self-service tooling remain current

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in cloud, platform, DevOps, SRE, or software engineering, including production experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS (or another major cloud) and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of IaC, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows
• Excellent programming skills, along with Linux and shell scripting expertise
• Ability to communicate clearly with application teams

Nice to Have

• Terraform, Ansible, HashiCorp Vault, Argo CD, GitHub Actions/Jenkins
• Sonatype, Fortify or SonarQube
• Experience with AI tooling, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or MCP
• Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications (e.g. AZ-104, AWS Solutions Architect, CKA)
