Job Title: CSIRT Incident Responder

The position of Incident Response and Forensics Specialist will be located in Singapore.

The Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) is responsible for managing security incidents, conducting investigations, and mitigating threats to both systems and data. The role focuses on Incident Response and/or Digital Forensics.

As an Incident Responder, you will oversee security incidents from initial intake to triage, protection, and remediation. Your role requires effective communication with both business and technical teams throughout the organization, including executive management and corporate functions. You will facilitate meetings with stakeholders to promote information sharing, establish and monitor the execution of action items, and document findings and insights gained.

Collaborating with global teams, you will ensure timely and professional handling of security incidents and contribute to the continuous enhancement of IBM's overall IT security framework.

Requirements:

Incident Responder:

* Proven experience in incident management with a solid understanding of security incident management standards and best practices.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

* Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

* Familiarity with prevalent security threats, attack vectors, and penetration techniques.

* Proficiency in Unix shell and common scripting languages for data manipulation.

Preferred skills:

* A minimum of two years' experience in Incident Response and/or Digital Forensics within a global enterprise environment.

* At least one recognized Information Security Professional Certification (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CFCE, CCE, DFCP, GCIH).

* Knowledge of IBM Resilient is considered a plus.
