We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Modeller to join a multidisciplinary team delivering complex healthcare and laboratory projects. In this role, you will ensure BIM models are accurate, well-coordinated, and construction-ready across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain high-quality 3D/2D BIM models in Autodesk Revit, ensuring models meet project specifications
• Work closely with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to resolve design clashes and improve constructability
• Perform clash detection, buildability reviews, and constructability analyses
• Assist with quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and facility management handover using BIM
• Ensure data integrity and version control across multiple BIM models, and support integration with BIM tools, plug-ins, or emerging AI technologies
• Produce shop drawings and as-built documentation for architectural and civil/structural works
• Track and implement drawing revisions in coordination with project teams
• Support documentation and submissions related to BIM processes and records
• Provide BIM support to the Project Manager to drive successful project delivery and quality outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Construction Structural, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on BIM coordination experience, preferably within healthcare or laboratory projects
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks or BIM 360 knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in multi-discipline coordination, clash detection, and BIM documentation
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and high attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
