Our client is a prominent main contractor renowned for its success in large-scale infrastructure initiatives, providing extensive project exposure, opportunities for career advancement, and a reliable pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of BIM models across various disciplines including Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Structural, and Civil.
• Ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plans, LTA BIM standards, and client specifications.
• Perform clash detection, model validation, and 3D coordination utilizing Navisworks, BIM Track, or comparable tools.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to address coordination challenges and guarantee timely model submissions.
• Assist in 4D simulation, construction sequencing, and BIM-based planning as necessary.
• Manage BIM submission timelines, documentation, data exchange, and Common Data Environment (CDE) systems.
• Engage in technical meetings and BIM coordination reviews.
• Provide support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM processes, standards, and software tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.
• Experience working with main contractors and implementing BIM practices is crucial.
• Proficient in Revit (Architectural/M&E), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, and Dynamo.
• Familiarity with LTA/MRT BIM standards, submission protocols, and CDE environments.
• Strong expertise in clash detection, 3D coordination, and multidisciplinary model integration.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and 4D/5D BIM applications is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and technical drawings.
• Experience with MRT systems, tunneling, station layouts, and M&E infrastructure is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic project setting.

• Location: East
• Working hours: 5.5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 plus Bonus (Salary will be commensurate with experience & qualifications)
