Desired Qualifications

Proven experience in Singapore or APAC recruitment

• In-depth knowledge of the Singapore talent landscape
• Experience in addressing IT and/or Non-IT recruitment requirements
• Exceptional sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement abilities
• Proficient in handling multiple recruitment assignments while adhering to deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with MSP and VMS recruitment processes
• Familiarity with JobDiva
• Knowledge of platforms and processes such as Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, or similar VMS and MSP environments is a plus
