An AI Product Manager is tasked with the development and ongoing management of the product roadmap for AI-driven, data-centric solutions at MoneyLion. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across various teams to identify consumer needs and challenges that can be addressed through AI. Additionally, the position will lead the strategic roadmap for AI products and identify new opportunities for AI application.
Key Duties
- Discover potential applications of AI to address consumer needs and business challenges.
- Collaborate with business line members, data scientists, and data engineers to establish shared objectives and specifications for AI products.
- Conduct gap analyses on existing datasets.
- Identify new data sources for product enhancement.
- Act as the primary source for market intelligence regarding competitors in relevant sectors.
- Create implementation roadmaps for product features and oversee adherence to timelines.
- Formulate AI product roadmaps.
- Design testing and validation strategies for models in development in collaboration with the data science team.
- Continuously refine the product roadmap and backlog in alignment with business line team members.
About You
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or development, particularly related to machine learning or AI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in delivering successful outcomes within resource-constrained teams.
- Solid understanding of AI tools and methodologies.
- Experience in product management within the fintech sector is preferred.
- Proven commitment to self-education in AI through courses, literature, or personal projects.
- Fundamental statistical knowledge gained through academic training (e.g., mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, physics) or relevant professional experience.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
- Ability to conduct exploratory research and data analysis to clarify problem solutions.
- Strong grasp of the data analysis and model development life cycle.
