Visual Merchandiser

Job Description

• Accountable for driving overall business development and fulfilling the company's requirements.
• Execute store set-ups in accordance with visual directives outlined in photographs and the company’s visual campaign book. Adapt or modify visual merchandising appropriately to align with regional preferences.
• Prepare PowerPoint summaries following each store visit for dissemination to company headquarters.
• Implement and sustain visual displays and merchandising strategies to enhance store performance.
• Conduct weekly analyses of store sales data and inventory, adjusting the arrangement of bestsellers, underperformers, and overstocked items as per headquarters' specifications.
• Execute displays for windows, merchandising, and special regional events.
• Stay informed about competitors and industry standards in retail visual merchandising.
• Participate in regular exhibition training sessions provided by Headquarters.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• The applicant must hold at least a diploma or degree.
• Previous experience in the apparel retail sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing skills.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, excellent presentation and communication abilities, and willingness to travel extensively across various locations.
• Willingness to travel throughout Malaysia.
• Experience with brands such as Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Cotton On, Padini, or other retail clothing brands is preferred.
