Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead within intricate environments.
Extensive knowledge in formulating comprehensive migration testing strategies and execution frameworks.
Practical experience in developing test plans, defining scope, and establishing entry and exit criteria.
Familiarity with testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, ALM, etc.).
Proven track record of effectively managing testing for at least one large-scale infrastructure migration initiative.
Significant experience in overseeing multi-stream and cross-functional testing teams.
Thorough understanding of testing related to infrastructure, applications, databases, and networks.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coordination abilities.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a banking or financial services setting is preferred.
Expertise in defining comprehensive migration test strategies and constructing test plans, including scope and entry/exit criteria (covering infrastructure testing, application integration testing, database validation, and network connectivity testing).
Experience with testing and automation tools.
Must have successfully overseen testing for at least one large-scale infrastructure migration project.
Experience in managing multi-stream testing teams.
Proficient communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
