Your Role And Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Process Analyst - APAY supporting the APAC region, your key responsibilities will include invoice processing, vendor master management, query resolution, and indexing.

Flexibility to work shifts and support various APAC markets is essential.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Accurately record and manage Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoices, addressing both manual and automated payment requests.
• Ensure precise invoice processing and timely posting in ERP/accounting systems.
• Conduct comprehensive Vendor Master activities, encompassing vendor modifications, verification, cleansing, and duplicate detection.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to secure coding and approvals for invoice processing.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to blocked invoices, invoice discrepancies, and payment challenges.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder inquiries through email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and Procure-to-Pay policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages - Mandarin
• Taiwanese (Traditional Chinese)
