Your Role And Responsibilities

In the capacity of an Applied AI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services. This position requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-oriented AI functionalities that automate processes and enhance service delivery.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Solution Implementation: Converting business and operational needs into scalable AI functionalities that automate processes and support decision-making.
• AI Agent Integration: Merging AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms to facilitate intelligent automation and incident response.
• Performance Optimization: Assessing and refining agent performance through model evaluation, prompt adjustments, and logic improvements to enhance accuracy and dependability.
• Operational Governance: Upholding operational governance of AI solutions by overseeing production stability, performance metrics, and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working alongside application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance agent-based solutions.

• AI Solution Design: Familiarity with designing and executing AI-driven solutions that focus on operationalizing AI-first Application Management Services.
