Your Role and Responsibilities

In the position of Applied AI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services. This role necessitates collaboration with multiple stakeholders to provide scalable, user-focused AI functionalities that streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Encompass

• Solution Implementation: Converting business and operational needs into scalable AI functionalities that automate workflows and support decision-making processes.
• AI Agent Integration: Merging AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring systems to facilitate intelligent automation and incident response.
• Performance Optimization: Assessing and fine-tuning agent performance via model evaluation, prompt refinement, and logic improvements to enhance accuracy and dependability.
• Operational Governance: Ensuring the operational governance of AI solutions by overseeing production stability, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working in conjunction with application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and refine agent-based solutions.
  
  

Essential Technical and Professional Qualifications

• Compute Fundamentals: Possesses a comprehensive understanding of computing principles, encompassing virtualization, containerization, operating systems, and system administration.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud services such as GCP, AWS, and Azure, along with their AI/ML offerings.
• Generative AI: Proficient in working with LLM and Generative AI, specifically with Google Cloud products and services (e.g., Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini).
• ML Development: Demonstrated experience in the development and deployment of Machine Learning models.
• AIML Frameworks: Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators (e.g., TPUs, GPUs), model architectures (e.g., encoders, decoders, transformers), and utilizing machine learning APIs.
• Must possess Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE) Certification.
