Proven experience in developing GenAI applications with a solid understanding of GenAI concepts, including Context, Token, Completions, Temperature, RAG, Hallucination, and more.
Proficient in LangChain, LangGraph, and Python.
Familiarity with Google ADK is highly advantageous.
Experience in Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and Speech-to-Speech technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
Experience with CI/CD tools like BitBucket pipeline.
Proficient in Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform.
Familiarity with source code management and branching strategies in Git, along with tools like GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket.
Working knowledge of Agile and/or Lean methodologies, complemented by experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Develop advanced technology solutions that deliver a distinctive value proposition, positioning the organization as a market leader.
Ensure the timely development of proof of concepts and prototypes, emphasizing quick time-to-market with MVP features.
Apply Agile and Lean methodologies to expedite the delivery of essential features.
Continuously explore and evaluate new technical capabilities and solutions for potential adoption.
Design, enhance, and maintain AI-driven solutions.
Document and articulate the technical design and construction of the completed product.
Provide ongoing production support for the platform, managing incident triage and troubleshooting while promptly addressing any identified defects.
Integrate GenAI capabilities into the platform and solutions to create future-ready applications.
Ensure that the application/platform is scalable and maintainable for a multi-tenant, international enterprise production environment.
