Junior Java Developer

(1 to 3 Years Experience)

Position Overview

• Creation of conceptual and detailed designs adhering to best practices for innovative development projects utilizing Java technologies.
• Development of architectural design artifacts that meet client specifications for IT solutions.
• Evaluate and oversee both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are incorporated into the technical solutions.
• Engage in the design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and documentation of software.
• Provide analysis and resolution for reported issues, including workarounds, within the specified SLA.
• Contribute continuously to team performance enhancement and foster effective collaboration across various teams.
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• A diploma or university degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.
• Extensive understanding of software, application, and systems engineering principles.
• Proven experience of at least 1 year in developing applications using Spring Boot microservices for backend and VueJS for frontend, with experience in databases such as Oracle.
• Familiarity with build automation tools like Ant, Maven, Jenkins, or Bamboo is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems such as BitBucket, GitHub, and GitLab.
• Experience in a DevOps setting is desirable.
• Capability to work autonomously, with a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
