In your role within the Web Development and Digital Marketing Team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of specialists from across the APAC region to refine implementations alongside advertisers and webmasters, pinpointing requirements to enhance and launch effective shopping and dynamic remarketing campaigns.
As a Front End Developer, you will join Malaysia's largest and most dynamic team, working in a cutting-edge office in Kuala Lumpur, which is easily accessible, secure, and equipped with recreational activities and close to public transport options.
- Assist sales teams in the region with lead deployment, tag implementation, mobile ad performance optimization, integration facilitation, and troubleshooting customer issues related to online ad campaigns.
- Conduct phone consultations with customers to educate them on mobile website speed challenges and guide them in resolving these issues wherever feasible.
- Provide effective consultations or education to customers regarding advanced fixes (including eliminating render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content, avoiding landing page redirects, bundling static resources, using CSS sprites, enabling Keep-Alive, and more).
- Deliver exceptional customer service support, alongside training, investigation, and troubleshooting assistance during client implementation via Hangouts.
- Troubleshoot issues related to conversion, remarketing, dynamic remarketing, and analytics.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management periodically, within your employment category, to ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDMY.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service capacity or experience in coaching, training, or educating within a sales environment.
- Passionate about working with evolving and emerging technology products.
- Outstanding communication skills in both English and the native language.
- Thorough understanding of tag implementation on CMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or ZenCart.
- Proven experience in successfully deploying, enabling, and supporting AdWords, Analytics, Merchant Center, and Tag Manager.
- Ability to swiftly learn customer service software applications and customer process implementations (standard templates/processes).
- Proficient in advising customers on web maintenance, with knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
