Position: Digital Marketing Consultant/Customer Service - Native Korean
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Type: Permanent Employment - Regular Working Hours
Essential Functions Of The Role
- Interacts with customers through phone, email, or chat to address any concerns regarding their experience with the Adwords platform.
- Facilitates the relationship between the internet giant and its clientele to drive business growth by offering consultative sales solutions.
- Provide feedback on how we can improve and serve as an advocate for users/advertisers, relaying product and process enhancement opportunities back to the internet giant.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management that align with your employment category and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDMY.
- Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in advertising or marketing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and your native language.
- 1-2 years of customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
