JML Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to oversee business analysis efforts for global Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes. This position will collaborate with HR, IT, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to implement process enhancements, drive digital transformation initiatives, and create technology solutions that improve employee lifecycle management.

The selected candidate will be tasked with managing requirements, standardizing processes, engaging stakeholders, and executing enterprise-wide JML solutions while maintaining compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews involving HR, IT, Security, and Business functions.
• Analyze and document comprehensive JML business processes and workflows.
• Convert business requirements into precise user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and technological solutions.
  
  

JML Process Transformation

• Spearhead the standardization and optimization of onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and self-service functionalities.
• Support global transformation initiatives aimed at workforce lifecycle management.
• Define future-state processes and operational models.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact between business units and technical delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Business, End Markets, IT stakeholders, and BAU teams.
• Manage expectations of senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Present recommendations, business cases, and progress updates to leadership.
  
  

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Establish KPIs and success metrics for JML operations.
• Analyze operational performance to uncover process improvement opportunities.
• Generate executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Drive ongoing improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within large enterprise settings.
• Extensive experience supporting Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Proven history of working with global HR and IT stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities.
