Position: AI Engineer

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
AI Application Development

• Create AI-driven applications utilizing LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures
• Develop and integrate chat-based, voice-enabled, and AI agents
• Implement prompt engineering, tool invocation, and multi-agent orchestration
• Prototype and enhance AI workflows leveraging contemporary AI frameworks
• Consistently enhance solution quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Full-Stack Engineering

• Design frontend interfaces for applications and demos
  (React / Next.js or equivalent frameworks)
• Create backend APIs and services utilizing Node.js, Python, or FastAPI
• Integrate databases, vector stores, and cloud services
• Connect AI solutions with enterprise systems

POC, Demo & Product Support

• Generate structured proofs of concept and customer demonstrations
• Assist with client-specific configurations and controlled experiments
• Transition successful POCs into sustainable, reusable product features
• Diagnose issues, enhance system performance, and bolster reliability

Collaboration in Platform & Engineering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform use cases into technical solutions
• Contribute to shared components, platform architecture, and engineering best practices
• Document designs, patterns, and implementation strategies

Essential Technical Skills & Responsibilities

Must-Have Qualifications

• Solid foundation in software engineering (data structures, APIs, web applications)
• Experience in full-stack development (both frontend and backend)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript or Python
• Experience designing and utilizing REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git and standard development practices
• Ability to work autonomously, manage tasks effectively, and take initiative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS, etc.)
