Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled SAP Logistics System Analyst with substantial technical expertise and a deep understanding of business processes.
• This role is both technical and functional, requiring participation in cross-functional teams to conduct thorough analysis of complex business functional requirements, design systems and processes, generate functional specifications, facilitate system development, conduct cross-functional testing, manage project cutover, provide post-go-live support, and transition responsibilities to the SAP support team. The analyst will collaborate with global IS&T teams, regional business users, and external business partners to design, develop, and implement strategic supply chain solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in the high-tech industry focusing on Supply Chain systems and processes.
• Expertise in SAP Logistics modules with significant hands-on technical experience and business acumen in Supply Chain Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management utilizing SAP solutions (S/4HANA/ECC, TMS, EM, BTP, etc.), including end-to-end system integrations in outsourced production settings with third-party logistics providers.
• Practical experience in custom development and MM customization (including Plant, SLoc, Shipping points, etc.).
• Functional proficiency in OTC and PTP processes with experience in highly customized environments.
• Experience with consignment, STO PO, and intercompany/intracompany scenarios.
• Experience in delivery processing (Sales Order, Delivery Note).
• Familiarity with custom function modules, RFC, and custom reports.
• Thorough understanding of iDoc EDI, API, and various interface protocols such as AS2 and sFTP.
• Experience in ABAP debugging.
• Exposure to WMS operations.
• Experience working on projects with distributed teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Capacity to maintain focus and work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex processes in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Configure, design, and customize SAP solutions to enhance Logistics and Supply Chain functions across various business sectors.
• Interpret complex cross-functional business requirements and translate them into system designs and functional/technical specifications.
• Comprehend and assimilate intricate business processes across multiple supply chain functions.
• Navigating ambiguity while collaborating closely with business and cross-functional teams to establish a viable model and design that meets all system and business requirements.
• Deliver complex project outputs to support business operations within a highly integrated, diverse landscape, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams across different locations.
• Execute project outputs while monitoring and reporting on progress and results.
• Work in close partnership with Global IS&T teams throughout the requirement analysis, design review, build, and testing phases.
• Extend SAP standard capabilities to meet requirements through the SAP enhancement and extensibility framework, leveraging user exits, implicit enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, iDoc, oData, etc.
• Deliver custom SAP solutions via SAP BTP and its related development framework.
• Create technical specifications for partner systems integration, including data element-level mapping with partner systems while ensuring adherence to global design standards.
• Understand the SAP development platform with the ability to debug and troubleshoot effectively.
• Review deliverables from the technical development team for accuracy and completeness through SIT, UAT, etc.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work in line with the established project lifecycle, maintaining adherence to project governance.
• Foster strong relationships and partnerships with cross-functional IS&T and business stakeholders.

Education Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science.
