Job Summary

Position: Digital Marketing Consultant/Customer Service - Native Korean
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Type: Permanent Employment - Regular Working Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone, email, or chat to address any inquiries related to their experience with the Adwords platform.
- Enhance the relationship between the internet giant and its customers by providing consultative sales solutions that drive business growth.
- Provide feedback on how we can improve and act as a representative for users/advertisers to suggest product and process enhancements to the internet giant.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as necessary for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDMY.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with a preference for advertising or marketing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and your native language.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
