Your Responsibilities

As an Applied AI Specialist, your role will involve designing, executing, and overseeing AI-driven solutions that implement AI-first Application Management Services. This position requires working alongside various stakeholders to provide scalable, user-focused AI functionalities that streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.

Your Key Duties Will Entail

• Solution Development: Converting business and operational specifications into scalable AI functionalities that automate processes and support decision-making.
• AI Agent Integration: Merging AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring systems to facilitate intelligent automation and incident management.
• Performance Improvement: Assessing and enhancing agent performance by evaluating models, refining prompts, and upgrading logic to boost accuracy and reliability.
• Operational Oversight: Ensuring the operational governance of AI solutions by overseeing production stability, performance metrics, and compliance obligations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partnering with application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance agent-focused solutions.
