Position - AI Engineer

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
AI Application Development

• Create AI-driven applications utilizing LLMs, agents, and RAG frameworks
• Design and implement chat-based, voice-responsive, and AI agents
• Employ prompt engineering, tool invocation, and multi-agent coordination
• Prototype and enhance AI workflows using contemporary AI frameworks
• Continuously enhance solution quality, precision, and efficiency

Full-Stack Engineering

• Develop frontend user interfaces for applications and demonstrations
  (React / Next.js or similar technologies)
• Create backend APIs and services utilizing Node.js, Python, or FastAPI
• Integrate databases, vector stores, and cloud services
• Link AI solutions with enterprise systems

Proof of Concept, Demonstration & Product Support

• Create structured proofs of concept and customer demonstrations
• Provide support for client-specific configurations and controlled testing
• Transition successful proofs of concept into maintainable, reusable product features
• Resolve issues, optimize system performance, and enhance reliability

Platform & Engineering Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into technical solutions
• Contribute to shared components, platform architecture, and engineering standards
• Document designs, patterns, and implementation methodologies

Essential Technical Skills & Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles (data structures, APIs, web applications)
• Experience in full-stack development (both frontend and backend)
• Practical experience with LLMs / Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript or Python
• Experience in designing and utilizing REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git and standard development processes
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and take ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS, etc.)
