RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Position:

• Design and implement Blue Prism automation solutions that minimize manual tasks and ensure the seamless operation of business processes.
• You will collaborate with Business Analysts, process stakeholders, Solution Architects, and support teams throughout the stages of design, development, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Blue Prism processes and reusable business objects.
• Convert business requirements into effective automation strategies.
• Utilize work queues, exception handling, and recovery mechanisms to guarantee dependable processing.
• Perform unit testing, assist in System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing, and facilitate the deployment of changes to production.
• Oversee bot performance, diagnose issues, and address recurring challenges.
• Integrate various enterprise applications and data sources.
• Keep documentation updated and adhere to development, security, and governance protocols.

Essential Skills:

• 3–8 years of pertinent IT development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Blue Prism development.
• Proven track record of building or improving Blue Prism processes and business objects.
• Solid understanding of work queues, exception handling, and environment variables.
• Experience with control rooms, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a production environment.
• Proficient in SQL and relational database management.
• Experience participating in requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work collaboratively with both business and technology teams.
